Power BI visuals can be customized to fit the specific needs of the report or dashboard. Power Query is a data connection and transformation tool embedded in Power BI. It enables users to import and transform data from various sources, perform data cleansing and shaping operations, and load the data into the Power BI model. Power BI uses DAX, a formula language, for creating custom calculations and aggregations. DAX formulas can be used to create calculated columns, measures, and calculated tables in the Power BI model.
