In the financial sector, Allied bank has opted for RPA in 2021 and automated its bank account handling processes and password change requests. The fifth largest commercial bank in Pakistan receives bank account management requests at large scale.
Owing to this, the commercial entity visioned a digital solution that could automate the routine process of account handling. Systems Ltd. offered the company software bots that extracted detailed information and requests from web portals.

Telenor demonstrated the use of RPA in managing its CRM processes. The second largest service provider had issues in handling complaints about slow or no 3G 4G mobile internet and DIVR signals. It took operators some minutes to resolve complaints that too were handled in a large amount on a daily basis.
It was then the company decided to automate its complaint management system to achieve process efficiency at scale. Systems Ltd. offered an RPA solution that used UiPath and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to automate Telenor’s processes.
